This April I shared with you how to create a quick and cheap playroom. Since then, Layla and I have been painting up a storm. The only problem is finding places to dry and display her masterpieces. So I added a simple art wall to her playroom. It was super easy and cheap to do.
Everything above was bought at Michaels.
- Wood letters $3 each
- Clothespins $2
- Yellow line $3 (on sale)
I spray painted the letters with some paint I had leftover from the letters we added to Layla’s bedroom, fortunately they matched. The paint did cause some bubbling on the letters. I’m not an expert, but it may have something to do with the finish of the wood. If you’re worried, just ask someone at Michaels what paint is best to use.
